Redco™ UHMW plastic is known for its durability, machinability, versatility and cost-effectiveness. It can be machined into virtually anything from small bearings to large sprockets and liner systems. Thanks to its extremely low coefficient of friction, its inherent lubricity minimizes friction resulting in a smooth, noiseless operation.
Redco™ UHMW is proven to outlast mild and hardened steel by as much as 10 to 1, making it ideal for a variety of tough applications.

Redco™ Virgin UHMW
Redco™ UHMW polyethylene offers a combination of high impact strength, excellent machinability and low surface friction with outstanding wear and corrosion resistance. FDA & USDA Approved, Redco™ UHMW reduces material hang ups and enhances material flow; increasing your production and your profits.
Redco™ Recycled UHMW
Redco™ Reprocessed (Recycled) UHMW, is an environmentally friendly plastic for wear parts and components. Rather than throwing off-cuts and trims into landfills, Recycled UHMW utilizes these parts to make an amazingly tough and slippery sheet. In some cases, because high grade UHMW off-cuts are utilized, customers hardly notice any property difference over standard UHMW.
Redco™ X-Static
Redco™ X-Static eliminates static electricity frustrations common in bulk material applications. Redco™ X-Static is a special combination of virgin UHMW compounded with Carbon Black to provide anti-static properties while retaining corrosion and wear resistance, low surface friction and high impact strength.
Redco™ Titanium
Redco™ Titanium is specially formulated to be the slickest, strongest and toughest with superior abrasion resistance and the lowest thermal expansion. Developed for the most demanding applications involving impact and sliding. Redco™ Titanium reduces material hang ups and increases material flow, increasing your production and your profits.
Redco™ Synsteel
Redco™ Synsteel is a “pulp mill friendly” UHMW/PE engineered specifically for the pulp and paper industry. Redco™ Synsteel has twice the compressive strength of UHMW, improved dimensional stability, and an increased abrasion resistance. This combines to produce an unprecedented wear-resistant material that greatly outperforms traditional UHMW.
Redco™ Tivar®
Redco™ Tivar® is noted for its performance in promoting material flow of congested materials due to its low surface friction. Redco™ Tivar® liners are the perfect solution when you need to reduce or eliminate arching, ratholing and erratic material flow challenges.
The Redco™ Tivar® product line has a variety of custom formulations to suit many applications to reduce noise, prevent hang ups, bridging and ratholing, eliminate static and decrease wear on equipment.
Redco™ Blue
Contaminants within the food and beverage industry are an ever-present fear. Being able to identify if a contaminant has entered into production is paramount to avoid costly fines or shutdowns. Redco™ Blue UHMW possess all the properties expected of Virgin UHMW with increased visibility to identify potential part contaminants at a comparable cost to standard materials. Redco™ Blue UHMW is FDA, USDA, and CFIA compliant.
Redco™ Metal Detectable
Food processors and packaging facilities face the ever present risk of contamination finding its way into their product. The risks and potential financial losses can be significant if they are not detected early. The unique additives in this product allow it to be easily traced by standard metal detectors while continuing to provide the outstanding wear resistance and sliding properties you would expect from UHMW.
Redco™ Metal Detectable UHMW complies with FDA and 3A-Sanitary-Dairy-Standard regulations concerning direct contact with food.
Redco™ X-Ray Detectable
Today’s processors are turning to x-ray inspection equipment especially in post-package inspection. The need for traceable plastic machined parts for filling, sorting, and packaging machinery is critical due to strict FDA regulations regarding foreign materials and contaminants.
Redco Polystone M XDT has proven to be detected with a particle size as small as a 3mm cube at running speeds as fast as 250 feet/per-minute.
Redco™ Sure Glide
Redco™ Sure Glide has remarkable durability with significant abrasion resistance and dimensional stability. It has a low coefficient-of-friction with a surface slickness that rivals with that of PTFE, while also having good tensile strength and load-bearing properties.

Redco™ Anti-Slip
Our UHMW anti-slip material, Redco™ LUNS, is an extremely versatile and premium anti-slip material. Made from reprocessed UHMW, it has an integrated clean coal slag surface capable of the most aggressive applications. LUNS was also originally designed to replace tapes and painted coatings for the U.S. Military and its first application was a U.S. military tank carrier in 1989. The floor is still in service today!

Redco™ High Speed
Specially developed for systems to be operated at higher speeds and therefore higher productivity, Redco™ High Speed (Tivar® HPV | LubX C) has exceptionally good sliding properties and exhibits a very low temperature development which results in lower wear and a longer lifespan of the entire system. Typical applications include sliding and conveyor parts for conveyor technology, automation, and food industry applications.

Redco™ UHMW Extrusions
Redco™ UHMW Extrusions reduce chain or belt wear by reducing friction. Unlike metal-to-metal contact, because of UHMW’s very low coefficient of friction and self-lubricating properties, metal chain glides along the plastic channel with extremely reduced abrasion. Replacing steel channel with plastic channel also reduces power consumption and saves premature replacement costs of both the chain and equipment.
