1.) Add the Items to Your Shopping Cart
If you want to order an item from redwoodplastics.com, click the “Add to Cart” button on the item’s product detail page. Once you’ve added an item to your Shopping Cart, keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the “Your Cart” link at the top right of every page of our website.
2.) Proceed to Checkout
Take a moment to review all of the items you’ve placed in your Shopping Cart. If you decide that you don’t want to purchase a particular item right away, click the “Delete” button below the “Update Qty” button. If you want to update the quantity, you may also do so here.
When you’re ready to place an order for everything in the “Shopping Cart” section of your cart, you may enter a promotional code (if available) by selecting the link titled “Promotional Code?” Enter your zip code and click the “Calculate Shipping” button to calculate cost and which shipping options are available to you. We assume addresses are commercial and have a forklift available; you must check the box indicating you are shipping to a residential address if there is no forklift available. 3.) Enter a Shipping Address
Tell us where you would like to ship your order. Orders are delivered via UPS and/or UPS Freight. If residence is not checked and we incur additional fees, we will charge the account on file.
4.) Choose a Shipping Method
Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and choose a shipping method. Ship time is ship speed plus cut time. The shipping charge for your order will be displayed on the order summary page just before you submit your order.
5.) Provide Payment Information
Next, let us know how you would like to pay for your order. Redwood Plastics accepts Net 30 terms on approved credit, Visa, MasterCard, or Wire Transfer. For orders by check, please contact our customer service staff in Canada at 1 800 667 0999 or in the USA at 1 866 733 2684. No C.O.D. is available.
6.) Provide Billing & Shipping Information
If shipping information is same as the billing, you may select to copy the information over.
7.) Review and Submit Your Order
Check the accuracy all of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, select the “Checkout” button to submit your order.

Full and optimal size sheets are returnable. Utilizing our cut-to-size service waives the ability to return material for a refund. If the material is damaged in transit, YOU MUST REFUSE SHIPMENT. DO NOT SIGN FOR DAMAGED MATERIAL. If you are unsure of full or optimal sheet size, please contact our customer service staff in Canada at 1 800 667 0999 or in the USA at 1 866 733 2684.

Can you ship my (parcel) order internationally?
International shipments can only be shipped through UPS or USPS, unless otherwise specified by the customer to use their account. Our shipping through USPS is limited to flat rate boxes. Please call in Canada at 1 800 667 0999 or in the USA at 1 866 733 2684 if you wish to use your own shipping account. NO HAZARDOUS MATERIALS WILL BE SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY.
Available products, shipping rates and fees vary depending on the delivery address for your order. Your packages may be subject to customs fees and import duties of the country to which your order ships. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility. Please call in Canada at 1 800 667 0999 or in the USA at 1 866 733 2684 for rates to your country. Freight (non-parcel) orders are case by case but many times we are able to ship only to a freight forwarder.

We also offer wholesale pricing for volume based purchases; if you order over certain amounts on various products, we will be happy to offer a discount. Please call us for more information on credit terms and/or wholesale pricing. Online orders over $1000 will automatically receive a 5% price break off of website pricing.
How do I use my promo code?
Promotional codes can be redeemed only at the time you place an order online. Simply enter the claim code in the coupon field upon checkout; click the “Promotional Code?” link under your subtotal to reveal the promotional code entry field.
Promotional codes may not be applied toward sales tax or shipping costs. Promotional codes apply only to orders placed online unless otherwise stated, and may have other restrictions.
What is your return policy?
PLEASE INSPECT SHIPMENTS BEFORE SIGNING FOR YOUR PACKAGE — IF ITEM IS DAMAGED YOU MUST REFUSE DELIVERY TO RECEIVE A REPLACEMENT AS ALL CUT-TO-SIZE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE.
If your item is damaged beyond use, give Redwood Plastics a call in Canada at 1 800 667 0999 or in the USA at 1 866 733 2684 and provide details about the damage to your item. You’ll also have the opportunity to tell us if you wish to request a refund or receive a replacement item. Contact us for mandatory authorization number. Credit cannot be issued until product is received and inspected in our facility.
• Semi-finished plastics may come with scuffs and small scratches as the surface is not protected during stocking and loading. This is not considered a quality issue. Semi-finished plastics include all machinable plastics without protective masking.
• Adhesives and any hazardous materials are not returnable or refundable and all adhesive and hazardous material sales are final. All adhesives ship from our certified location in Sacramento. No overnight shipping or air freight will be provided for hazardous material shipping.
• Returned items must be in new and unused condition. Items must be returned with all original packaging and/or accessories.
• Contact us for mandatory authorization number. Credit cannot be issued until product is received and inspected in our facility.
• Standard Items incur a 25% restocking fee, plus cost of freight. Quality issues are exempt from fees.
• Custom cuts and fabricated parts are not returnable or refundable. Cut-to-size orders have an acceptable cut tolerance of 1/8″ (0.125″). ????
