Redco™ HDPE is defined by a density of greater or equal to 0.941 g/cc. Redco™ HDPE has a low degree of branching and thus stronger intermolecular forces and tensile strength. Redco™ HDPE used in products and packaging such as milk jugs, detergent bottles, margarine tubs, and garbage containers.
Redco™ Polyethylenes are classified into several different categories based mostly on its density and branching.
- UHMWPE (ultra high molecular weight PE)
- HMWPE (high molecular weight polyethylene)
- HDPE (high density PE) in white or black pipe-grade
- HDPE with NEW woodgrain texture (Only available in 4’ x 8’ x ¾” size)
