Urethane Spouts, Tuff-Tube™ & Elbows

Tuff-Tube is a replaceable slip-in urethane liner that counters material wear to spout lining, saving time, money and extending useful life of equipment by reducing down time.
Worn liner can be rotated 120° – 180° to present an additional wear surface.
Completely used liner can be removed and replaced using the same spout.
This patented, innovative, wear-resistant, seamless, polyurethane spout liner fits into any size diameter, up to 20′ lengths for new or existing spouting applications.

FEATURES:

Conveyed material cannot force itself under lining:
Eliminates peeling up, buckling, plugging, and general spout failure.

Lined Spout Elbows:
• Urethane liner permanently bonded to elbow

• Matches up with Tuff-Tube liner for total spout protection
