Redco IRG (impact-resistant grade) nylon pile driving cushions are one of our core products for the construction industry. Unlike regular grades of nylon which are brittle against impacts, IRG nylon is filled with plasticizers and heat-dissipation additives that absorb impacts and dissipate the energy as heat. These pads are built to fit into each customer’s pile stacks and can be manufactured for any foreseeable size.
Typical tolerance on the diameter is (+/-) 1/16″ with the standard color blue. No matter your requirements, we can build and ship your optimal pile driving cushion typically in 5-6 weeks.
