Redco™ Tivar 88 liners have been a tried and true method of reducing sticking and increasing material flow for many bulk handling applications for years.
Some believe the installation time and cost isn’t worth installing a liner, however after our customer decided to proceed with Tivar 88 liners for two sets of coal hoppers for the 1 & 2 generation boilers their coal flow was increased so much that the vibrating conveyor restriction gates had to be lowered to reduce the feed to the belt conveyor below…. a good problem to have!
