Redco™ Guide Rollers are available in a variety of materials including; polyurethane, UHMW, nylon and rubber. Plastic and Rubber Guide Rollers provide quiet operation and are non-rusting. Redco™ UHMW has an extremely low coefficient of friction and impact strength. Redco™ Polyurethane offers high abrasion resistance. Redco™ Nylon offers a high tensile strength and Redco™ Tuffkast has a combination of strength and resilience with excellent wear and abrasion resistance with minimal water absorption and superior impact values.
Redco™ Rubber Rollers have a smooth or profiled surface and are permanently bonded to a steel insert. The steel insert provides rigidity and allows customization based on the application. Redco Rubber Rollers are available in many rubber grades including neoprene and nitrile and a variety of hardnesses.
