1. Eligibility:
The giveaway is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) and the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and agents of Redwood Plastics and Rubber, as well as members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Enter:
No purchase is necessary to enter. To participate, complete the customer survey provided by Redwood Plastics and Rubber during the giveaway period. Limit of one (1) entry per person. Any attempt to submit more than one entry may result in disqualification.
3. Giveaway Period:
The giveaway begins on September 10, 2025 and ends on September 29, 2025 (the “Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
4. Prize:
One (1) cooler (approximate retail value: $200) will be awarded. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash.
5. Winner Selection and Notification:
The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The draw will take place on or about September 29, 2025. The selected entrant will be notified by email using the address provided in the survey within five (5) business days of the draw. If the selected entrant does not respond within seven (7) business days, or if eligibility cannot be confirmed, another entrant may be selected.
6. Odds of Winning:
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Consent and Privacy:
By entering, participants consent to being contacted by Redwood Plastics and Rubber regarding this giveaway and agree that their survey responses may be used in aggregated, non-identifiable form for business purposes. Personal information will be collected and used in accordance with Redwood Plastics and Rubber’s Privacy Policy.
8. General Conditions:
Redwood Plastics and Rubber reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or cancel this giveaway at any time without notice. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Redwood Plastics and Rubber, which are final.
9. Governing Law:
This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. It is governed by the laws of the province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein, and by the laws of the state in which the entrant resides in the United States.
