PRISMAGRATE FRP GRATING
PRISMAGRATE FRP GRATING provides durability with extremely high strength and stiffness. Due to its high load capacity it can be used with confidence in applications where wide support spans are required. PRISMAGRATE FRP GRATING is also corrosion resistant and non-conductive making it ideal for applications where electrical current or chemicals may be present. Redco FRP Grating is low maintenance with a low cost of installation.
EASE OF INSTALLATION
Working with fiberglass is comparable to working with wood, with slight differences in cutting procedures. Redco™ FRP Grating can be fabricated in the field by the end-user. We recommend on-site fabrication to ensure accurate and timely installation. FINISHING
Important: All cut surfaces should be coated with resin to prevent corrosion of fiberglass. Edge Seal Kit is available with polyester resin, catalyst, brush and stirrers for ease of coating. Be sure to seal all cut edges prior to installation. STANDARD INSTALLATION CLEARANCES

PRISMAGRATE FRP GRATING MINI-MESH helps to prevent small tools and other objects from dropping through to the ground beneath. Lightweight MINI-MESH panels are readily removable and allow for easy access under the installation.
PRISMAGRATE FRP GRATING MINI-MESH flooring system is a low cost alternative to stainless steel and other materials in applications where corrosion resistance is essential. MINI-MESH is long lasting and maintenance free, making it ideal for outdoor applications with high esthetic demands.

GRADES AVAILABLE: CHEMICAL PROOF (CF)
A vinyl ester system specifically engineered to provide premium service in highly corrosive environments. It utilizes an advanced resin system which delivers outstanding resistance to a wide range of harsh corrosive environments ranging from acidic to caustic, plus a high degree of solvent resistance. It has a Class 1 flame spread rating of 25 or less according to the ASTM E-84 Tunnel Test Method. CHEMICAL PROOF PLUS (CR)
This offers a flame spread of 10 or less on ASTM E-84 Tunnel Test. It has excellent acid and caustic resistance. INDUSTRIAL GRADE (IF)
This is a premium corrosion resistant ISOPHTHALIC resin system selected for outstanding acid resistance. It has moderate resistance to caustic and solvent environments. It has a Class 1 ASTM E-84 Tunnel Test flame spread rating of 25 or less. it is more economical than types CF and CR. FOOD GRADE (FF)
This is a resin system designed to meet corrosive conditions commonly found in meat production, food processing, bottling and brewing applications. Made with ISOPHTHALIC polyester. Flame spread rating is 30 or less. ARCHITECTURAL GRADE (AF)
This resin system is designed for mildly corrosive environments. Best suited to replace metal gratings that require maintenance to keep an aesthetically pleasing appearance. It has a Class 1 ASTM E-84 Tunnel Test flame spread rating of 25 or less for indoor use. It is more economical than type IF. ARCHITECTURAL GRADE (AN)
Similar resin system as type AF but not fire retardant. More economical than type AF
